The procedure is the same as loading for BB10 devices, inside each file is an autoloader for each device.
Back up all device info, to your selected locations, SHUT DOWN LINK (if you used it for your back up), set your device to airplane mode, connect to USB. Unzip the downloaded zip file to your desktop, and start the .exe. Enter any password info, hit enter, and go make a sandwich, take a shower, whatever…. Once you see the Welcome Screen on your device, detach from USB, and perform setup. Follow ALL setup prompts. As usual, neither We, nor Crackberry are responsible for any damage done to your device.
You WILL lose all your data and settings on your device. It will be reset to factory state

The following is a list of found defects or general notices:
General Notice: This is a full OS
General Notice: Functionality wise there is nothing significantly different from the most recent official release.
General Notice: The OS itself runs a bit smoother, with little to no lag when typing with the keyboard.
General Notice: Browser speed seems to be about the same as previous OSes, still relatively fast
Issue: After wipe, only end up with browser app
Solution: Run the autoloader again
Issue: Stuck on certain setup steps
Solution: Use a public wifi/try another router. This is an user issue, not OS related
Issue: Video chat, podcast, video store apps are missing!
Solution: Sideload the bars from previous versions. These are regional files, so it does not come with the stock OS
