If memory serves error 132353 means the Playbook was reported as stolen. Where did you purchase your Playbook from? Might want to get a refund.

Thank you for the reply. I cant use the USB connection because it not working. I just recently brought the rapid charger to charge BlackBerry Playbook. The downfall is that I cant connect to my PC. Everything is wireless until I get USB port fixed.

Thanks so much. Yes my BB Playbook was reported stolen by me. I found it months later. My secondary problem to summit the claim directly to BB I need the PIN to the Playbook. When I bridge the Playbook to my Q10 I could never find the PIN for the Playbook. Thanks for the quick response. Still fixing!!! I am the orginal owner.

The PIN may be on the Original box. It may also show in the file name of any backups you have made of the PlayBook using the BlackBerry Desktop software. I see I have a backup from 2012 that has the PIN in the file name. I notice Link does not use the whole Pin in the file name.
