Audioboost missing in 2.1.0.1314

I have wiped my playbook and done a clean re-install of v2.1.0.1314 and now I can't find where to set "Audioboost" for headphones. Any idea anybody?

Go to Settings/Language, and change your country to the US.

Cheers mate worked fine. What a fiasco surely we shouldn't need to change our language every time we want to use audioboost.

I think it has something to do with Euro regulations regarding headphone audio levels.
