    I have given all the permission to some apps because they said I could change the settlement later. Now I cant change anything! What's up?

    Settings/Security/App Permissions...
    If that fails for you, delete the app then reinstall to set new permissions?

    This is true for native apps only. You can't change permissions for android apps.
