I use an lte playbook but do not have a sim card for it. I installed the leak but am missing some apps and would like the official version. I don't think i can get the official update OTA without a sim card, so are there any installers or autoloaders for the official .1753 out there that I could use to install it?

You could always just download the bar file and radio for 1753 (I do believe sachesi can do this)
A few other sites archive it too
Then create an autoloader for it!
