    Been happening since the 2.1 update I think.

    Go into app world fine, choose to download an app - and all I get is a timeout.

    Blackberry App World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberyy App World Server. Verify your connection and try again.

    Urm, I have wifi/internet/email working fine, ergo the connection is fine.

    Any ideas folks

    no to worry - deleted the wifi connection and re-connected and its working fine now.
