Seems like there is a lot of lag for OTA push...I am still getting "You currently have the latest software installed.

its says on there site it can take up to 1 hour

Any chance of having the mods open up a single thread to report on news, surprises, bugs, etc. on the 2.1 dev?? Already a hassle to chase down the existing 3 threads on just the release...

Yep, it does... but assuming there will be other surprises to find + bugs, etc, etc. Thought it would be useful for CB community that we have one sticky up so all the info targets a single thread...

There are three major enhancements to the Android™ Runtime in 2.1.0:

Each Android app will now run in its own window. This greatly improves the user experience and consistency among the other application runtimes.

Access to the Camera hardware is now supported for Android apps, allowing many more application types to work on the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet.

In-App Payment is now supported through the BlackBerry Payment SDK, so Android applications can include virtual items for sale in their applications.

The "MOD Army" is gathering, they will herd the cats into one sticky soon, you can count on that.
