Hi,

I have been doing the check update thing periodically with not updates but this evening a 9mb update is showing for 2.0.1.358? I am not a rooter but do use the odd sideloaded app and dont want to lose them since I know an update coming will stop this. Anyone know what this could be?

I got a 3mb update and need for Speed update. I'm very confused :s I thought we were supposed to get a 384mb update

This isn't unfortunately the 2.1 everyone is waiting for its just a small update to 2.0, possibly bug fixes but who knows.

Apparently some UK owners have gotten regional updates within the last day. Likely it was pushed to address local carrier needs.

Hmm, interesting! Mine was a 5mb update and only added a Blackberry music store and a Blackberry news app. No BBC app updates - weird!

UK user here. Indeed, it added web links for BBC News and BBC iPlayer. For me it also added Kobo Books and Music Store.

didn't get the iplayer back in the uk here but news kobo and music store appeard cause they'd been missing off my screen and i'd not noticed untill now lol was a 9 meg one though here

Here in Saudi Arabia I didn't get any updates while connected to the internet but just now when hooked up to the Desktop Manager and it showed me an update. Started the download through the PC and seems like it is taking a long time, even though I reach 1.4MB download speeds.

Will update this post shortly once it finishes and I know what has changed.

Just got a 2MB update. Only difference I've noticed so far is that it now lets me resize an email with two fingers, were it didn't before.

just done the update but no change that I can see and no updates to bbc. feel cheated.

on the plus side, no detrimental effects to my sideloaded apps :-)

As I posted in the other thread about it, I'm in the UK and had the 2MB update but I already had the pre-installed bbc news, iplayer, kobo, music store links before this update so no idea what's changed. I've tweeted UK_Blackberry so let's see what they say.
