Would of loved for RIM to have a native pop up blocker to kill the ads when Web browsing, without having to disable flash and java. My biggest problem with a touch screen browser is that your fingers easily end up clicking on ads and crap.

There is a option to block pop ups. In the browser go to option and it's under privacy & security. Although i will admit that it only works sometimes.

Look up, way up. The tool bar, pull it down and select settings, privacy, block pop ups. Hopefully, that helps. Cheers

Goto AppWorld, 'simple browser' or 'secure browser'.

Simple browser is the way to go for sure.

Regarding the Pop-up Blocked in Native Browser, it won't work with Javascripts and Flash based advs, pop-ups.

However, you may use Secure or Simple Browser as suggested, they both got Ad-Blocker.
