im not a huge techy but i get by OK with knowing a little bit of this and a little bit of that. my question is a easy one and hopefully it works so i dont have to buy an AppleTV.
i was over at my fathers the other night and he was showing off his new AppleTV to my gf and myself. she thought it was the best thing in the world, for watching movies, and was wondering why my PB couldn't do that. So i was thinking of a work around for it and this is what i came up with, put my PB on the wireless network i have in my apt then plug my PB into my TV using the HDMI cord.
I'm not using the HDMI cable to put media on it from my computer that is what the wireless network is for... so other then that how does the HDMI being output only impede my idea?
