    Default Wireless Connection

Just wondering if anyone knows if they fixed the issues that caused the Playbook to have problems connecting to Wireless-N networks? I set my router to run only Wireless-G a few months ago when I bought my Playbook as that was what was recommended in these forums. I'd like to reset it to connect at Wireless-N if the Playbook issues are solved.

I've been using Wireless-N all day with no drops... I take that as a good sign.

I'm new to the PB, but FWIW, I was connected through an old router the first two days of ownership, but I installed a new N router on Saturday and the PB been working fine, including a smooth 2.0 install tonight. I had not heard of the N issue, and can't say whether anything has been "fixed". I did have to hassle with the PB connection (wi-fi software issue only) to the new router more than with 6 Windows devices, but eventually I did get a screen that asked me for the WAP2 password and then it connected smoothly. Good luck getting your N connection.

I got a cisco e3200 over the weekend and have had no problems using it in its default mode with OS1 and now, today, OS2.

Give it a shot, if it misfires disable it again.
