Can anyone help me connect my new Playbook to Sky's The Cloud free wifi.

On the wifi screen I can see the The Cloud open WIFI but when I try to connect, the connection times out.

I have a user id and password for The Cloud but don't get any opportunity to input it.

I am able to connect to other open WIFI from my Playbook and also my home secure network and mifi.

I have been able to connect to The Cloud using my account from my netbook.

Have you opened the Browser yourself and tried visiting some site? Sometimes that will pop up the log-in for a wifi hotspot? Others may have more ideas

I tried opening the browser but that just says no connection.

I connect to O2 Wifi with no issue

You need to load their app and use that to connect. Do a search here for HotUKDeals and you'll find the Sky app

The bit that tells you where the hotspots are dose not work though.
