Its been the top paid app since it was released. I know I bought it!
Im sure they have made money and I hope this opens developers eyes to the stability of the playbook.

not only that, but i hope they drop the price and keep up with their updated versions of AB.

I think the $4.99 initial price was high compared to other platforms, but they knew they would get it.

i am on the bubble, but also feel its a little high. if there was only 1 game maybe i would pay 5 bucks, but to come out with 3 games a 5$ each i cant do it. i have a friend with android and there FREE! now they have adverts but free. i think at 2.99 (tops) i would buy.

I bought it. Thought the $4.99 price was a bit high but I can tell it will provide entertainment for a long time. Especially because I don't play it very often. It is a really well done game.

Yes I bought it and yes I thought it was a little high, unfortunately the PlayBook needs all the help it can with games and apps, so why not support. It may bring other developers to PlayBook if they see the support ......just sayin

Bought it for my gf pb. I'm not interested but she loves it. Many hours of fun for here so far. Worth the price as I see it for me.

I bought Angry Birds Rio and my family likes it! I did not mind paying $4.99 for the app. Actually, I ended up buying EA's Madden 12, Asphalt Adrenaline 6 Racing and Dead Space:-). Once the work week starts back up, I don't know when I'll have time to play them, but I'm sure between the kids and I, we'll find some time for them.

I purchased AB both for my PB and then for Hubby's PB when we got his. I've since purchased AB Rio for Hubby's.

Yes it was pricey but if I compare it in terms of entertainment value, it's still cheaper than, say, going to a movie.

Personally, I feel the price is a little high for the game but at least it's good to see it there.

I have it on my iPod Touch. I stuck on level 20 and the walk through doesn't help much. I just hate games when I get stuck and can't seem to get any further. I'm disgusted with Angry Birds and haven't played it in a while.

+1 I agree the PlayBook needs as much support as possible. Maybe it will payoff in the future, maybe not, but it has a better chance if we support developers.

I bought it not - already had it sideloaded. Am I in copyright violation?
Guess I better ante up .. even though I never use the stupid thing lol

It's kind like a slot machine - highly addictive but a waste of time lol

I'd like it a lot better if cute cocktail waitresses were bringing me free bay breezes...

Didn't buy it and don't intend to, not even to support devs. Rovio owners of Angry Birds are said to be valued at over $1 Billion USD.

If anything the high profile space it has on the new app page frustrates me. Hey look, we have Angry Birds... our App store must be okay.

I've not seen a single triple 'A' app launched on the store since I have purchased the PB.

Been two or three okay ones mind.

Is there a grumpy old and angry playbook owner version of the game?
