With the recent negative publicity about the awful conditions under which the Ipads are manufactured in China, I am wondering if the Playbook is any different. Perhaps if it is this could be a way topositively differentiate the PB. Anybody know the facts about PB manufacture?

And now it turns out, that the most important of the stories exposing the oh-so-horrible conditions at the iPhone/iPad factories were fabricated... In reality Apple is one of the few companies that are open about their labor/manufacturing and try to do something about it.
Wow I was scared it was made in China under poor working conditions. Thank goodness BlackBerry is made in Canada, Taiwan, Brazil, and Malaysia cause we know that the workers in these countries are never ever exploited!!!! We got apple right where we want them now.
Indeed! And the parts for the Blackberries that are assembled in Mexico and Indonesia, they just appear there by equal parts magic and the amazing sheer willpower of Mike Lazaridis. They're not manufactured in China and sourced from there, like the parts of other manufacturers ;p
