Where do I send my Playbook to get fixed?
I have always had problems turning my Playbook on via the power button. It is flush with the top and when I push it nothing happens. Where do I send it to fix it?Torch 9860 Bridged to a Playbook 64G

- Hold the power button down for 5-10 seconds,
- wait 2 seconds and tap the power button.
Does the red light turn on with either sequence?
-If not, your battery seems dead
-If yes and the device won't boot up, open desktop manager and connect your device then hit the power button (like above). Desktop manager will prompt you to update your playbook os
-Hit update to do a full os reinstall.
You will lose all your apps etc and need to reinstall & configure everything unless you already have a backup

The PB has a one year warranty to the original purchaser. It also has 90 free Tech support. I do not know how Rim deals with "quasi-tech support v. warranty"

edited to add: Wow, they are fast. The RMA was authorized yesterday afternoon and I just returned (10:30am) and the box was on my porch for shipping back to them!
