where do the emails of Hotmail go?

Hello everybody,

My hotmail e-mails in the native e-mailapplication on my Playbook do not stay in the inbox. It is like the Playbook keeps them for a few days and then they are gone. I can not find anything in the settings. The outlook e-mail do stay in the inbox. Can anyone help me?

If you go to the Gears Icon - Account and edit the hotmail account, go to Advanced Settings - how many days is it set to sync your email for?

for 3 days

Then that would be the reason why they disappear from your playbook. You can set it to sync for up to 30 days I think from memory.

No problem. I've never had an issue with GMail on either of my devices. Not sure if your problem lies in your device or your email providor. Something to look in to.

There are options to keep them longer on the phone. However, the play book just syncs so even though they are gone from the tablet you can still access them from the hotmail website
