When i say i love my Playbook, i mean it!
When i say that i love my Playbook, i mean it! The moment my Playbook got out of it's box it began an extreme, great, "go-wherever-i-go" adventure. The Playbook is an device i use on a daily basis. In the comfort of my own home to browse the web, view movies with it on the television, on my bike to listen to music, heck even in class...
Yes, that is an actual photo of me trying to "concentrate" on class material... ^^
What can i say! I just love my Playbook. Now, the point in this thread is; what is the wierdest place you've used your Playbook... other than the toilet... and yes... we all do it... and love it?
Mine would be on vacation where it stood against the challenge of cold weather. The Playbook still had an great 8 hours of battery life using the camera and all! Amazed by that as temperatures layed around 5 - 10 degrees celsius. -

Everytime I use my Playbook, I love it even MORE. I just used the Print to Go app to print from my laptop to my playbook wirelessly. I just bought this tablet couple days ago and it's a great device....I'm very happy with it.

I love my PlayBook as well. And to think I almost got the Toshiba Thrive instead.

Hmmm...I can't seem to locate that app in the Appworld. There is one called "Print", which allows you to upload docs from the PB to a PC, but not "Print to Go". I did a specific search for it too.
Eh...nevermind, I see it's a Blackberry program for the PC.
EDIT - Looks like it doesn't support WinXP. It error out when I try to install it with, "Operation could not be completed".
EDIT 2 - Looks like this program installed on my WinXP PC, but it won't work. It installs but pops up the error message above. It's installed but when I go to print, nothing happens...no screen pops up for the pairing code or anything. And I have tried to select "Print To Go" specifically. Shame. Would have loved to use this program.

Two PBs and two XP systems with no probs using Print To Go...check to see if blocked by Firewall, router or Anti Virus.

I did all that. I have been working my rear off trying everything possible to get this software to properly install and nothing is helping. RIM just needs to change the software so that the user doesn't have to configure anything for this to install and work because there is just way too much that can be improperly configured that would require a serious PC wiz to know to configure.
And from all the searches I've done, if you truly have it working on yours, you should feel very fortunate. Most people can't get it to work. - 04-17-2012, 12:37 AM #18
If you really love an inanimate object and can't concentrate when around it, I would suggest that you should seek help....
