that would be 12 pm in the UK buddy...4am PST is 7am EST and you are 5 hours ahead

...the actual time zone of that leaked BestBuy document hasn't been nailed down, so nobody who actually KNOWS for sure is telling.

That said, I wouldn't be surprised if it started showing up before 4AM EST...

Yeh, my heart is saying no will there be an update at 9am or midday tomorrow, whatever country you're in

I hope there is, but why RIM would sit quiet on the info is nobody's guess. I /suppose/ they could be trying to kill the demand so only those who constantly hit check for updates will get it, leaving the update servers pretty quiet for "normal" people

RIM has staggered OS updates in the past - probably to manage load on the servers and possibly by region. Certainly I've not seen the update available notification on my UK PB until long after seeing the "yes,yes!! OSx.x is here" posts here on Crackberry.

The update might delay in different countries. Despite the release time,some countries might delay just as i had to wait 2 days to get the latest PB update.
