My alarm is always set at 5 am eastern time, but I woke up at 4 felt to tired and went back to sleep. At 5 got up, prepared breakfast, did the update while drinking my coffee and biting into a tasty panettone. Life is good!
I upgraded at 11:30 est, after reading Crackberry PlayBook forums in detail.....just in case of any mishaps. My PlayBook is operating flawless . I'm. Loving this new OS
3:30 am Mountain time. Woke up, hit the upgrade button, went back to sleep. Woke up again an hour or so later (too excited?), hit the restart button, went back to sleep. Woke up for good at 6:30 am, voila, OS2!
10:03 in germany :P however it did take ages to load :@
reinstalled os twice, first by deleting all data funcion (downloaded 300mb "regional settings" btw) and then with Blackberry Software 6.1. Currently restoring my data.. Finally cleared up my "lost" 2GB of data.
Got up at 0544 hours and upgraded!
0630 hours had to go to work.
Got to get out of work need hot spot or something.
I'm going go be sick so I can use OS2!
In Seattle area I tried at 2am when I got home from work...no go. Tried again at 10:30am when I woke up......it's almost done down loading.....started up dateing now..11:07am(slow internet)....hope I don't have the problems I've been reading about!
I checked at 5am before I left for work and noticed it was there so I did a security wipe (I planned on doing this) and then in the car I downloaded and installed OS2. By the time I got to work it was complete and ready for me to take it for a test drive.
