If you are going to use wifi connection for transferring files, pictures or any multimedia files and having a confusion of setting it up, the easiest way is to upload everything to your BOX or DropBox account (or any "clouds") that are accessible from source device and PB... upload them using the source device then download them to your PB... or vice versa... I used to bring flasdisk to work for transferring files that I can work at home during weekends, but now, just upload them to my BOX / DropBox account and access them at home... or everywhere, as long as I have wifi or internet connection..

It doesn't solve the bluetooth transferring problem but that would be a great option...

You can also transfer files by installing the DavDrive app from AppWorld and using a WebDAV client on the other device.
