16g at first. I was an early adopter. My company gave me a $250 gift card so I bought the 16g to browse & read (I'm retired). RIM's reputation for quality and security nailed it for me and I have not been disappointed since. HeHe, today I bought my wife a 32g PB on sale for $150. Charged it up, fired it up, updated the OS .... slick as a bug in a rug!

My first one was a 16, but I figured out how to use it in place of my laptop and started running out of space. Then the 64's went on sale for 299. It was a no brainer. I bought the 64 and sold the 16. I also mirrored my file server to my Seagate Wifi drive and use it for extra storage on the go. I essentially reduced the size of my office so it fits in my glove compartment.

I bought my 32 Gb back in May '11, paid full price, but no 13% tax. No regrets. I bought my wife a second 32 Gb in September when they had their 1st $200 off sale. She loves her PlayBook too. I thought about taking advantage of the recent garage sales, $299 for a 64 Gb, but decided against it and bought a 500 Gb Seagate GoFlex Satellite portable hard drive for additional storage for my photos, music and movies. It frees up my 32 Gb PlayBook and I don't have to worry about a 2nd PlayBook.

i got the 32GB at $299 in November bc i didnt really want to pay the extra $100 for the 64GB... then it went on sale for $299

I think the 16gb is only good if you will be mostly surfing or reading with it, otherwise you need AT LEAST the 32gb

I merely got a 32GB since that was the only model where I got a very good deal for a good price.

If I was in CONUS and had access to those PB's on Sale, I would have bought three (3) 64GBs

I got a 64GB because all of them were on sale for $299 on my birthday. I would have got the 16GB if it there was one for $199, but every local store jacked up the price to $499 during that time.

I got the 32 GB the week before Christmas, the 16 was $200 and the 32 was $250, so why not. I considered the 64 but it was more than my budget would allow. But I have no regrets and love my PB!

I bought a 32g back when the Boxing Day sales were on and a 16g during the Telus sell off.

I got my 16 GB in November when it was $199 + it was what my budget allowed me. I'm not a big app person, I have a few apps & games for my son to play with. I have a few movies on there for him & about 800 songs. I still have space, the 16GB suits my needs as I mostly web browse & watch tv online. Maybe come tax season, I'll spring for a 32GB.

I bought the 16g version for a couple of reasons.

One was to get in on the tablet experience on the cheap to see if its a device I would be interested for daily carrying/using.
Also I cloud everything so internal storage isn't a big deal for me.
