Default What if Verizon does not offer the 4G PlayBook?

"We're still evaluating the PlayBook and haven't made a decision on whether we're going to distribute it," Verizon spokeswoman Brenda Raney told the Wall Street Journal. A RIM spokeswoman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

How many really believe that Verizon would not want to have RIM's PlayBook as another opportunity to sell data plans? Or maybe they see that most people are going to either tether to their BlackBerry or another Phone, or else they just stick to Wi-FI only??

If people want 4G they can always go to sprint or some other carrier. to me the phone connection is just a backup if i need access and there is no wifi around.

They are probably going to see if it is successful or not before committing to it
