Just wondering if the following is what most of you see and is normal? On a very fast internet connection and sitting close to the router, the blue progress bar moves quite fast to about 60-70%, kind of hangs for a few seconds (between 5-6 seconds), and then the page renders...this happens on more intensive sites like bbc, economist, etc. I have flash and javascript enabled. On less intensive sites it loads and renders fast, but that hanging is bit weird...and a few times will hang too long that I must refresh the page, which really sucks...
We all have this issue - I'm guessing that what we're seeing is the lag due to JavaScript execution. It's not something that can be "fixed" per se, though optimizations for JavaScript can be made/bought.
