Anyone else not able to set a wallpaper in 2.0? The option to set as wallpaper appears, but it doesn't follow through with setting the picture as wallpaper. Even the OEM wallpapers don't set.

Did you tried to reboot your PlayBook?

Rebooted and the desired wallpaper was set. Shouldn't need to reboot to set a wallpaper, though. Lets hope BB10 fixes it.

How big are your wallpapers? I have some massive resolution wallpapers (20mb+) and there is a significant delay when I set them, haha.

Mine tend to be under 1MB. The one I was trying to set is 66KB.

This is a known "bug", if you reset from the battery icon TWICE it will be able to change the wallpaper with no problems. It appears to happen when 3 or more wallpapers are downloaded in a row, that's been my findings. It could also be something else. I hope this will be corrected in the next update

Wow! Thanks for the heads-up on the fast and efficient method of accessing the boot menu. I was not aware of it before. I keep finding more and more lovable things about my PB.

Resets will not make this stop completely. This issue as far as I can tell has no permanent solution. Resets will temporarily fix it but the problem will eventually happen again, even if it takes weeks to go by before you notice it.

I would say, if you really want to fix it, perhaps a debrick? Maybe that would work?
