Hi there,

On PC I copied a video to the video directory on playbook, but on playbook I can use the Videos app to see it. Am I missing anything here?

What format is the video in?
I assume you meant you can't see it in the videos app?

You could try a restart. Press Battery Icon and choose restart. Even if it is the wrong format, it should show up but not play (unless it can't even grab a frame that it displays as the image/icon for that video)
