Whenever I try to load a video it always seems to load up to the 2-3 minute mark and then it just stops loading, so I was wondering if this is a problem that I am only experiencing or is it a universal problem (I think I used it correctly), so can someone try testing if the same thing happens to you, thanks.

No issues here, videos load up and play smooth, have you tried clearing your history and cache.

It seems to be working fine on my PB. I tried opening it on my W7 laptop and it played there too... but on both devices, the video pauses as it waits for the streaming data to catch up to the player. I have found that some websites just don't manage to stream fast enough. But most do. YouTube works good. The various tv network websites work good, such as globaltv.com and citytv.ca. On those I've been able to watch full episodes without any buffering, stuttering or rotating green circles.
