    While attempting to vid chat with my niece PB to PB, I was getting the message "Unable to confirm BB ID" Would this have been the ID I was trying to connect to, or my own? Would it have been a wifi issue? Not sure what was happening at the other end, as she is in the Phil, and not very computer literate. A pity, as Skype on my laptop had shut down, and this was a last resort.

    My PB and Z10 are on the same BB ID - would this have any bearing on the problem?
    Edit: I turned the PB off and on again, and was able to make a connection today. Go figure.
