    Hello, maybe it was discussed already, but I did not see the clear answer, so sorry. I use (my little son too ) Playbook with the new OS and video chat icon worked perfect. Just found that this icon disappear. I reboot my device many times, but it seems disappear forever. I can not find it: not in the pages and other folders. Any solutions my friends?

    You are probably going to need to restore to the factory reset. The video chat is tied into the OS.
