    Default video chat help

    i need some help with the video chat on my pb. i am using it on my wifi server at home it was working yesterday but now when i open video chat it says"cannot connect to server". My wifi it still working for internet etc. how do i connect to the video chat server again?

    1) go to your router's settings.
    2) view the list of connected devises and find the ip of your playbook.
    3) go to the DMZ settings of your router and add the playbook's ip address there.

    Thanks for the help. I will give that a try.

    Is it not weird that it was working yesterday but not today? All the settings are the same so i dont see why settings now need to be changed.

    Yes in the latest Crackberry podcast the guys agreed that a devise reboot will fix the connection issue. No explanation why, just that they found that it does. Keep in mind that this is the first version of the first video app that RIM put out, I would consider it a beta build.

    EDIT: In the podcast they said specifically the firewall error message. I just assumed that this is the issue you are having
