    I do hope when the 4G PlayBook comes out it will support VidChat over 4G. It should but we won't know until it is shown working. By the way, if you have a 4G phone with HotSpot or one of those mobile HotSpot devices, the PlayBook should see that as WiFi and allow VidChat. In theory a 3G phone with HotSpot on would allow VidChat but I doubt there would be enough transmission speed (bandwidth) to actually do a VidChat.

    If you get a 4g playbook from at&t, you can bet your bottom dollar that you will have to pay extra to use the video chat service
    Just like they're doing with nfc, blackberry maps etc..
