i downloaded device manager onto my laptop and trying to upload some videos from my latop to my playbook via a usb cable. i am getting a message Media Services are not available: a problem occured while attempting to connect to your blkberry device....i was able to back up but cant upload anything.....HELP!!!
okay what you need to do is just plug in via usb and let it load drivers this shuld take no more tha 1min max, the go then go to "mycomputer" ur playbook will appear as a virtual drive open it and ull then see folders with music,camera and so open videos then just cut/copy and paste ur files to the videos file of ur play book then u shuld be good to go #K.Go#
