Hi, every time I try to update any app on the playbook I get an error message.

Let's suppose that I have an app with a pending update:



Suppose I click on update, then it asks me for my bb account and password, which is weird since I am not buying anything. Anyway, after the account data is provided I get an "Error:35005" message:



I have 9 pending updates as of now, so as you can guess it is getting quite annoying. Any suggestions?

Assuming you do have Internet access, you can try rebooting. If that doesn't work you might try clearing your browser cache. Don't know if that will help but it won't hurt.

Yes it's very annoying!!!!!!! The only way around it is to delete the app and reload the updated one.

Want to be happy again, try this...

1. Tap MyWorld, wait for it to load depending on how much you have.

2. Tap Refresh List, and wait for this to tell you the list has been refreshed.

3. Now go back and try the update.

This has been covered in other threads, somewhere, some place I think.
