Hi all. Did a security wipe today and th PB seems to run better and now I can see pics from my SD card ! .....but,now when i hit the update button I get an Update Server Error. Anyone else getting this ??
If you have a question about 'how to', call the free RIM tech support phone and they will give you a walk through
Start DM and do a PB backup
Disconnect the PB cable and turn off, use the on off switch not the software off switch
leave DM on
Connect the PB by cable to PC
DM will give you a pop up screen, click reinstall the os
The new OS will load, then PB will restart
Continue with prompts and the latest OS will install
After the PB options are set then use DM to restore the backup

called tech support...they said they had never heard of this and had no answer....anyone else ever see this ? can someone confirm they can reach the server ?
