Ever since I've updated my z10 to 10.2 I'm unable to set up bridge. At first the phone just said the bar code wasn't a bridge code and now it only gets half way through the pairing process. I realise it's a leak I'm using but wondered if anyone else is having the same problem? Any help would be appreciated, cheers.

Bridge works fine here with a Z10 on os 10.2.0.1047.

Did it set up straight away or did you have to scan bar code on PlayBook again?

Can you do the Manual Pairing. I have not done it in a while but in the past you could skip the bar code method and enter other data to pair the devices.

Tried it and won't pair that way either. I wondered if it was a problem with the blue tooth on the leak but obviously it's working find for others. Maybe it's worth wiping phone and re installing the o.s. again?

I had to delete my Z10 off the playbook bridge list and reset it up as an all new device. And I did Manuel pairing. Also it's probably best if you restart your playbook and Z10 before doing this just for good measure.

Something else I noticed is that 10.1 had a list of bridge apps in OS (when comparing apps using Darcy's tool) and 10.2 did not.

Maybe try side loading all those bridge apps from 10.1 onto 10.2.

Thanks for the help people. Deleted z10 from the playbook and bridge from the z10. Did the trick but strangely didn't give me the option to scan a barcode,just to enter a code. Nevermind though back up and running again. Thanks everyone.
