Unable to open tif files on bridged playbook
Hi,
I'm new here, so I apologize in advance if I have posted this query in the wrong place. I have only found 1 post dealing with this issue, and there was no solution. The problem is I am unable to open tif files on my bridged playbook. It seems, so far, that all other file types open. Any suggestions? Thanks. - 04-20-2011, 01:39 PM #2

tif trouble
I spoke with tech support earlier, and they tell me that there will be an update coming soon allowing tifs to be opened. Until then we are SOL, I think.
