    Whilst still having the same misgivings as most regarding the 'early' release of the Playbook with attendant problems, just wanted to give BB their kudos for the 90 day support process here in UK/Europe.

    I had an issue with the screen intermittently losing its touch sensitivity.

    Support appears to being provided by a company called QCG based in Germany. I called them on the (free in UK) 0800 number Monday morning, got an RMA number right away. The 'Box' arrived by FedEx Tuesday and the guy had all the labels ready and took it back with him. I could track it on FedEx and also at QCG via the BB consumer support RMA tracker site. They got it Wednesday morning, repaired it, shipped it and FedEx delivered it back to me on Thursday morning.
