    I have not been able to download desktop manager to comm with my PB beause it does not have the drivers needed for it. How can I get it ?

    Do you have a PC or Mac?

    What version of Windows are you using? ( assuming you are using windows ) Windows 7 should install the drivers as soon as you connect for the first time, a popup will appear.
