order the 16gb playbook on 25 november , got 3 email confirmation , the last one is tracking number with underscore on it. call lots of it to sbb, sometimes hang up , no tone. and the last call, they say tracking number cannot be use to track on canada post website. and they say take to 5 or 7 days to arrive , she said got to be patient sir. WTF!!! saw lots of thread say that its bad for SBB, and i say yupe, its tue . its better APPLE customer service than BB. and globalware solution ( whatever the name of the company that RIM use ) is pretty ****ty company. i guess i never want to use this online SBB order things.
