Read on LocalBAR2, that should allow you to install BAR files without a PC (but I never bothered setting it up - I'm lazy like that).
aTorrent used to give me annoying notifications all the time (on files I was not even interested anymore) so keep that in mind. - 11-05-2012, 05:31 PM #8

What you are looking for is crepes. It is like a thin pancake. IHOC just doesn't have a nice ring to it.

Re: Torrents and the playbook?
Swarm has i/o compatibility issues in the playbook. Frequently, the downloaded file is corrupted and generally doesn't match the source image (per md5). The developer is aware of the problem but has yet to resolve it.

Re: Torrents and the playbook?
No problem. And to his credit, the developer has gone out of his way to try to resolve the issue, even going so far as to purchase a 16GB Playbook just so he could test Swarm for possible submission to AppWorld. Unfortunately, per my last conversation with him, personal issues were distracting from his work on a fix. However, I'm still holding out hope that he will eventually resolve the issue and give us a viable Torrent solution for the PB.

Re: Torrents and the playbook?
I have also tried many apps for torrents, and personally prefer to download the torrent with my laptop, and then transfer the file to the PB. Much faster on my end.
