Really? Brother with all the legitimate things people would like to see appear in Appworld, for me, this doesn't even make the list. Still I guess it points out the fact everyone has different requirements and there will never be consensus. So if this is the big thing for you, congrats.

Ok, first of all, the tweet came from the director of gaming at RIM, so anything other than a game should have been out of everyone's head.
Secondly, he just tweeted that something big was coming. We took that tweet and ran with it and made it out to what we wanted it to be... Skype, Netflix, etc... The reason why it's "something big" is because Angry Birds Space had 10 million downloads in its first three days. To have a developer like Rovio show commitment to the Playbook platform is good for RIM. People need to chill, brah. - 04-24-2012, 09:22 AM #21
I felt like I was let down this morning. I mean all that hype for just angry birds? I mean I've played it before and I thought oh it's just another angry birds game which isn't even all that great. Maybe the first 5-10 min but that's it. I wish RIM saved that huge statement for when something worth while is droping like Netflix or Skype or even BBM for that matter :/

It's things like this that show how truly retarded the average person/consumer is. I'm always an a**hole to these people because I don't look at things from their epically retarded perspective - so I never get it! This Angry Birds: Space thing has opened my eyes once again to the inevitable retardation in most of the rest of the world.

How so do you mean? The people are mad that the announcement wasn't everything under the sun or the people who read the announcement yesterday and were pretty sure it was angry birds said 'cool' and moved on with their lives?
because I can't understand why / how people are pissed about this? - 04-24-2012, 09:28 AM

Lesson learned. Take announcements from rim lightly. They obviously have no clue.
