I have two playbooks, both have been updated, one has video chat, but no way I can get video chat to install on the other. Is there a way to copy an app from one to the other?
Or any way to get video chat to install

You can copy exactly the same apps and games to another PlayBook if you are using the same BlackBerry ID on both devices.

However, you can't video chat another PlayBook having the same BlackBerry ID.

You have to choose which is important to you...

What I did is perform a full backup of the main PlayBook, then did a security wipe/full restore on the second PlayBook (using the same BBID). It has all the apps. However, I don't activate any BBID required apps (video chat, BB World, etc). When you do try activate those apps, it will ask if you want to re-associate your BBID with the new PIN... at which point I declined so those apps are not useable.

If you already have a second BBID you're using on the second PlayBook, see if you can uninstall/reinstall from BB World. If unable to, you may have to do a security wipe and re-install everything again.
