Keep it short and to the point. You are writing to the CEO.

It's interesting that the UK office is in Slough. That's where "The Office" was set. eery.

RIM must get many, if not dozens of emails every week. You can't seriously expect them to answer them all, surely.

well, RIM is probably full of "confidence" to their products that don't bother to publish their direct email... or full of "worries" to give their direct email... whatever the reason, it works...

I'll be gone when iphone5 is available on Verizon. Even the new Win7 phone will get me if the iphone isn't immediately available on Verizon. RIM has lost me, and proBably for good. I'll keep an eye out for the QNX phones next year, but won't be holding my breath. It is RIM you after all....

I usually tweet to them. It does not always work well since they always say, "we cannot comment on future upgrade" when I ask about Native email or any other apps.

That is not much but atleast a team is deployed by RIM to keep checking their twitter mentions and the voice should reach if they are too tied up replying to tweets about Native apps.

    I care you moron!

Your 5 posts really set you off as an expert on all thing RIM doesn't it?

I've been here a long time and RIM has let us down. You can deny it, and be a baby about it, but it doesn't change the facts.

    Please, go F yourself fanboy!

I too tried sending an email to a couple of the addresses listed at the above site and each one bounces back telling me I need to use the proper channel. I called RIM and they tell me I need to speak with customer service. When I do and tell them what I want they can't help me and are unwilling to connect me to someone who can or even give me an email address.

This is the first tech company I've tried to contact with either a complaint or suggestion and not able to get to anyone.

Even Microsoft, Dell and HP have a consumer relations department to field these types of communications.

You could post a letter? I think they might forward it to someone. I would expect at least a reply!
