I cannot sync my playbook with my desktop software.

Any help would be great.

What exactly are you trying to "sync" with on your computer?

First, make sure you have the latest version of DM.

This says it's a leaked version but works fine for me.

What are you trying to sync? Currently the only items you can sync are music, pictures and videos.

Hi guys ,

I've a similar problem with my brother's PlayBook (16GB Wi-Fi)

we can't get it to SYNC Music with BlackBerry Desktop Software (For Win 7)

at first we thought its a software issue , but his Torch Syncs fine

When we add the Playbook or check it properties , The option for syncing Music is un-checkable (we can't check it or uncheck it either)
We reed the troubleshooting & tried their instructions :

- We Disconnected it & connected it again multiple times & it didn't work out
- We changed the USB cable. we tried the one that came with it, his Torch's cable & my Motorola Atrix's cable , but nothing changed
- The PlayBook is not encrypted or locked or anything

More Information :
- PlayBook's OS Version : 1.0.6.067
- Free Storage on the PlayBook : 11.9GB (the Device is new)
- Computer's OS : Windows 7
- Check Attachments for some details
