    I submitted some feedback to RIM regarding the PlayBook via their email address ([email protected]) and here is the response I received:

    Thank you for contacting BlackBerry Technical Support. The email you submitted has not been delivered. Please find many alternative support options below.

    I've always believed that while it helps to survey and ask for feedback from current customers, its the customers who did NOT buy your product who may have some valuable product suggestions.

    Oh well, if this is their attitude I won't be buying the PB. I wanted one, but it won't happen until PB2 comes out.
