Ok - whenever I see screen shots of the playbook - I see two versions, one like mine were I see the header app icons and that's it... but I have also seen on the web screen shots of where you see the header app icons PLUS a line of text or what looks like favorites above the main icons.

I looked all through my settings and cannot see where I could change this.

Is this an OS version difference? Model Difference?

It's from OS 1, and is not available anymore. You now have the ability to create desktop folders in OS 2, which I don't think was there in OS 1.
