Just yesterday I got Splashtop and LAN file explorer. These 2 apps are awesome. I realized the true potential of using my PB as a 'remote' computer when I'm not home. I can't wait to put it to the test.
Apps like these kind of 'unlock' a bit of the PBs potential. It is such an awesome little device and it's just screaming for apps/programs. When I get my bluetooth keyboard this this is going to get even better. I can see my laptop just gathering even more dust (except I'll at least turn it on now lol).
After feeling so down about the app void the other day, I'm more determined than ever to find as much functionality for my PB as I can.

I would suggest buying luko as well. It is only a buck or so, but has a beautiful interface that turns your PlayBook into a wireless remote control for your laptop so that you can control your laptop connected to TV remotely.
You can also download free VNC remote desktop as well, which is also a great remote desktop app and free as well.
