OK I am still new to the PB. I downloaded the image as a .Png file which can't be viewed. What am I missing?

Did you look in your File Manager? Make sure you are in the Picture tab. I have no trouble seeing .png files, fwiw.

ON THE PLAYBOOK, hold on pic (windows pops up) then choose "save image" and then it will be in your download folder...

I dont know why UR having this trouble, as it seems UR the only one... maybe try to convert them in JPG on your computer?

I can't use it either for the same reason. If I open it with files and folders, it shows a broken image. It won't even work viewing it full size in the browser either.
