I was happy to see the Connection Data Rate now showing 65mbps rather than 11mbps after the 2.0 update.

I just had a chance to test wifi file transfer and it sucks!

65mbps should give me AT LEAST 4-5MB/s, I can barely hit 1MB...

What is everyone else getting since OS2?

I'm testing from PC to PB using a hte PB as a mapped drive...

Those that will post their speedtest.net results, please spare us from your ignorance...

EDIT: Ok In clearer term - I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT INTERNET SPEED....

5.98 mbps download actually a bit faster with os2
    0.67 mbps upload
I also thought it depended on what type of plan you have.

I've always found WiFi file transferring too slow for my taste on large files like 500MB-1GB even before the update. I use my USB whenever possible for videos. Other files are pretty quick.

Is it possible to install the DM on a Windows XP SP2 laptop? I have a lot of software I use for connecting to various devices over serial and network that are not very compatible with anything above XP SP2 and I want to send Inception on my PB but WI-FI will finish tomorrow the transfer
    Any ideas?

I have transferred 145 pictures (each around 1mb in size) in 6 minutes. I did the transfer via wifi from my PB to a friends PB that was connected to my laptop. This was the only way I could get my network to see my friends PB. I used a Actiontec PK5000 modem.
