I just did a security wipe on the latest OS 2 and it wiped everything except for browsers and setup, my application list is empty.
Is this normal?
It is normal. If you want to continue using the beta, resubmit your PIN for the beta and then check for updates on the Playbook to get the rest of the OS.
If you want to go back to the current non-beta OS, you need to run the debrick method of installing an OS.
