First of all I love my Playbook and Bold. There is however, one feature that would be really benefical to me.

That would be a cloud service similar to Apple. For example, I would like to update an Excel spreadsheet on my laptop and it automatically updates my Playbook via a cloud service. Also, the reverse on my Playbook when I am the field. I know one can do it manually today. I am talking about it happening seamlessly. Same thing for pictures or docs transferring automatically.

Anyone else feel a need for this. Or perhaps it exists and I'm not even aware of it.

Box and DropBox are about as close to your requirements are you are likely to see for the BlackBerry family. That is, unless Research In Motion can leverage its purchase of NewBay, a cloud service provider, to function as an almost on-demand/on-access synchronization service between BlackBerry devices. Think along the lines of a slightly more intelligent version of *nix rsync.

I'm pretty sure rim does this as a business service, totally agree though.
